AthleticsAquinas offers the largest Athletics program of all elementary schoos in the Arlington Diocese. Depending on the sport, students in grades 5 through 8, or 6 through 8, are eligible for participation. Below is a list of sports offered at Aquinas.
SPORTS PHYSICALS Students participating in a school sponsored sport must have a sports physical. The only form that will be accepted for a student participating in a school sponsored sport is the ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION/PARENTAL CONSENT/PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM. The form can be found in the school office, clinic or the school website here. The sports physical must be dated after June 1, 2010 for participation in the 2010-2011 school year. No other physical forms will be accepted. Please direct questions regarding the sports physical to the school nurse at (703) 491-4447, extension 324. Once a physical is completed
and meets the requirements, full participation will be granted. Under NO circumstance will a form that does not meet the above criteria be accepted. Parents: Click for schedules, carpool information, etc. (requires login). |
